Yes, our staff helps maintain a safe and clean play environment. However, we do recommend keeping an eye on your child.

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance at our park. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of our soft play equipment to keep it safe and hygienic for children.

Yes! Our cutting-edge soft play equipment is custom designed for everyday indoor use by children. Each piece of equipment undergoes rigorous testing for all ages before it is purchased for use in our facility. Further, county inspectors ensure all equipment meets International Building and Safety Code regulations. At Happy Feet Planet, all equipment is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide safety and stability. All entrances, exits, slides, tunnels, and plastic balls are wiped down every day, and each piece of equipment is cleaned, inspected, and maintained on a daily basis by a dedicated staff member. Unlike anything you have ever experienced, Happy Feet Planet offers a safe and fun space for the entire family!

There are no walk-in parties permitted. All parties must be scheduled in advance

Overall, Happy Feet Planet is designed for children ages 0-12. Inside our facility are 3 separate "Play Zones". Each zone has custom-designed play equipment suitable for different age groups. The designated zones help to separate the play needs of different developmental stages of children. 

Of course however, tours are only available Monday-Friday.  No tours are allowed on weekends due to our busy staff schedule on weekends. We truly need all staff at their posts.

No. Happy Feet Planet is a family play facility, so alcohol (including wine) is prohibited.

No for play, yes for parties! For safety reasons, any child wearing a cast or other motion-limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the play equipment. While we welcome them to attend parties and use other stationary play activities, they will be prohibited from playing on the equipment. We will not charge for their admission.

Safety rules and instructions are posted throughout the facility and will be explained and enforced by dedicated floor staff.

We generally keep items for up to 2 weeks. After that time unclaimed items are donated to Goodwill, or another local charity.
